Venture Industries – Automotive Industry
Venture industries manufacture plastic car parts for Holden, Ford and Toyota. The plumbing project focused on process cooling for Venture Industries manufacturing machinery, namely blow moulders and plastic extruders. The project involved the installation of vital manufacturing equipment across four separate plants, including:
- The installation of a new cooling tower
- The installation of pumps and a condenser water system
- The installation of a compressed air system
South Pacific Laundry – Industrial Laundry
Process Pipe coordinated a complete premises design along with equipment installation for South Pacific Laundry. This comprehensive plumbing project required a customised plumbing solution that included:
- Installation of 4 megawatt steam boilers
- Installation of main gas fitting lines for the steam boiler and industrial dryers
- Laying steam & condensate lines for ironers and batch washers
- Supply and installation of steam & condensate mains for all ironers, dryers and batch washers
- Supply and installation of a compressed air system
- Supply and installation of cold water mains
- Installation of all steam trapping Installation of compressed air plant
Bradmill Outdoor Fabrics – Outdoor Fabrics Manufacturer
Bradmill Outdoor Fabrics is a manufacturer of quality outdoor fabrics. The Bradmill project involved the set up and installation of manufacturing machinery for a new plant. The key tasks in the project included:
- Installation of steam boilers, feed tanks and blow down vessels
- Installation of all steam and condensate lines to rotary dryers and autoclaves
- Installation of gas supply lines to steam boilers and stentor
- Installation of a cooling water system for paint drying machinery
- Installation of compressed air piping to all controls & mixing machines
Boeing – Aircraft Manufacturer
Boeing is a leading global manufacturer of commercial aircraft. The Boeing project required Process Pipe to supply and install a new cooling tower and condenser water piping for Boeing’s plant in Fisherman’s Bend.
Sigma Pharmaceutical Group – Pharmaceutical Industry
The Sigma Pharmaceutical Group is a leading manufacturer and marketer of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. The Sigma project involved the supply and installation of steam mains and a hot water ring main for a high temperature wash down system.
Laserlite Australia – Roofing Sheet Manufacturer
Laserlite Australia manufactures polycarbonate and fiberglass roofing sheets for building and commercial applications. The Laserlite Australia project involved the supply and installation of a cooling tower and condenser water piping for a new extruding line.
Rocla Concrete Products – Concrete Piping Manufacturer
Rocla Concrete Products manufacture concrete piping and pits for the building industry. The Rocla Concrete Products project required Process Pipe to supply and install steam heating systems for curing rooms. The project also entailed the installation of all piping and connections to heat exchanges and steam trapping.
